At our initial consultation we will discuss planning permission and your design options. We'll help and advise you on your planning submission and we'll give you practical advice on the design of your project, regarding the structure and the best layout to suit your requirements.
02 / Pre-build
At this stage we will give you a detailed quote and provide you with a timescale For the project. The quote will be inclusive of applications, permissions, party-wall agreements, structural engineers and building regulations. We will make sure everything is included and nothing left out.
03 / Build
Before the build commences, we will schedule a meeting for you, where we will give you clear expectations of what to expect through the next stage. Our experienced project managers will ensure that everything runs according to plan and they will give you regular updates.
04 / Finishing Touches
